2024-25 Annual Report
The Radford University Foundation’s 2024–2025 Annual Report highlights a year of strong growth, strategic investment, and continued commitment to student success. The Foundation’s endowment grew by more than 10%, helping provide nearly $3 million in scholarships to approximately 1,200 students, while overall assets increased to about $118.7 million. The report also marks a significant leadership transition as CEO John F. Cox, Jr. prepares for retirement after nearly 15 years, during which the Foundation expanded its impact through scholarship growth, real estate initiatives, and long-term financial stewardship supporting the university’s mission.
Beyond financial performance, the report showcases how donor support directly shapes the student experience and the broader Radford community. Highlights include continued momentum around the Highlander Hotel as a regional gathering place, student success stories made possible through scholarships, and experiential programs such as the Student Managed Investment Portfolio Organization, where students manage real investment funds to gain professional experience. Together, these efforts reflect the Foundation’s ongoing role in creating opportunity, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting the long-term future of Radford University.
